Liven up your fall wardrobe with vibrant Day of the Dead jewelry and accessories! These colorful skulls are fun to wear year round too!  I totally love making colorful jewelry especially Day of the Dead skull jewelry for the festive Dia de Los Muertos celebration. This year I made four statement necklaces, one is made from orange and white vintage flowers with skulls, another is modern with gold safety pins and  skulls! I also made two one-of-a-kind waterfall necklaces loaded with strands of fun beads and charms I have collected over the years. One charm necklace in silver, another in gold:

  1. I love all of these. The Mexican art around la dia de los Muertes is some of my favorite anywhere. All the bright colors surrounding skulls and what should otherwise be a “dark” subject creates a beautiful kind of dissonance.
